City Liquidators

This place reminded me of the Waccamaw pottery down in Myrtle Beach - they had just about every decor to compliment your interior and exterior themes. Almost too much to choose from and a massive selection of one-of-a-kind furniture pieces.

Over - sized garage sale. Bottom floor crammed with inexpensive imported house wares. Second and third floors have furniture and collectibles. I guess it's a "Portland" thing to go there - once. Kinda like "Vodoo dougjnuts"; weird and over-priced.

My wife and I have loved going into this store for many years, mostly to look at all of the unique furniture they have, and to pick up random kitchen gadgets, art & decor, and other random stuff. When we bought our new house we decided we would look for our new furniture at City Liquidators first, since they're family owned, and they're the type of "Old Portland" business we like to support. David was a fantastic salesman and we are really happy with our purchase.

We ordered a custom set and really look forward to when it comes in. Ellie also helped us out and was also a contributor to our 5-star experience. We poked around right until closing, trying to figure out which furniture was right, and ended up deciding to sleep on the right color. I told David I'd try to have my order in on Sunday so they could order it Monday morning, but life distracted me and I forgot. David followed up right before closing and was super gracious with my kid screaming in the background.

He texted me photos since the throw pillow fabric we picked was discontinued, didn't bat an eye when we switched from a chair to a love seat, and was upfront about the whole process. We would recommend all our friends to City Liquidators.

It's. Nice but the average person prob couldn't afford much there Actually kinda a letdown. Anti climatic. 3rd floor wasn't open. 1 the thing I REALLY wanted was over $400. Completely WRONG! can get EXACT same things for WAY less at lowes or target.

The people were nice and friendly. I wasn't impressed by the content of the store. Everything seemed so tired

Probably one of the coolest place to loose yourself out to shop for your home or office furniture for your home office. These guys are maniacal when giving you choices. Three entire factory floors full of choices cramped one upon another. The staff are warm and they really want you to look around and feel at home. They do offer a delivery choice at 89$ for 5 pieces. And mind you, a dining table with 6 chairs are considered a single piece.

Had the best time shopping and looking at all the cool things this shop had to offer. As we were walking back to our car we ran into the owner, and were talking with her when I dropped my bag and broke an item I had just purchased. She immediately got on her phone and called an employee to come out and bring me a new one free of charge. She absolutely did not have to do that. One of the nicest people I have ever met. She made our day. I will definitely be coming back.

We got our kitchen table, chairs, matching bench, bunk bed and a really awesome couch there! We love them and they look fantastic. High quality and a great price.

I will say it has gotten a little better of products coming in probably from new distributors they are working with due to COVID-19. Overall good shopping experience but not a eye dropping item came out for me to want to buy. If your needing over priced furniture this is your place. I'll take more pictures next time
