My chairs are 20 years old. I gave them a good scrubbing and then applied Armour All before replacing slings. Replacing slings was rather straightforward and they now look great. Only negative was it taking a few weeks to receive slings. In measuring, I would recommend being 1/8 to 1/4 inch short (as opposed to being long) due to the fact the material stretches. This relates only to the width measurement. Good luck!

I just ordered my second sling replacement from Chair Care. My first replacement lasted over 10 years and finally faded a bit, which was great since it's in full sun and sits out during our Wisconsin winters. I'm excited to have a new color now with this replacement.

Very happy with my purchase. Chair care patio provides excellent products! They are high quality and durable. I just wish their customer service was a bit better. Had a difficult time getting a hold of someone and had to call multiple times including follow up emails. I'm just glad the product is worth it.

Lucas was knowledgeable and helpful from the first time we met with him, until our drop-off almost a year later, and very accommodating on our pickup. The guys in the shop were great and even touched up a few dings on the old frames for us. Very pleased with our 'fly eye' slings Lucas! Thank you!

I made another call and was asked to stay on hold while order was checked on. CSR came back that order was in production and should be completed the next day. CSR called and emailed that order was shipping. Provided tracking number and I expect slings today. I was contacted by the owner through email regarding my previous post. Explained where I was getting my lead time from and she said that would be addressed because it was incorrect for current conditions.

While I was frustrated by follow-up, I appreciate being able to call customer service that is located on-site. The pre-sale service was good and would likely use again if I had need.

Went in March 2021 with cushions and spent 2 hours selecting fabrics that were in stock. We were told 6 weeks to complete. 4 months later and we still do not have our cushions. They have never called us with an update. Every time we call, it's a different story. We've been told the foam shortage, can't get in touch with fabric supplier, fabric is on back stock, fabric is in but we didn't order enough, our fabric is being cut as we speak and we will be done in a week, you are top of our owner's list and will be done by week's end, to latest that there are 4-5 hot jobs in front of you as she hung up on me.

Critical:Responsiveness The product is good quality IF you get the sling you ordered. I have emailed and called three times asking for a response for the correct item over the past two weeks. Still no response from the management! I'm having my credit card company reverse the charges until I get someone to rectify the problem.

This company name was given to me by a local store where we purchased patio furniture from. I called to inquire about their services and the woman I spoke with Sarah, answered the call as if she wished she was anyplace else but at her job. She wasn't friendly, professional or helpful in answering any of my questions and her whole attitude was as if taking my call was a major inconvenience.

Not a good way to get customers. I would never use this company and because this woman was so incredibly RUDE, I decided to post this review so that someone else doesn't go through what I just went through.

We just placed an order today. We loved this place. Laid back and the selection of outdoor fabrics is amazing! Pricing seems a lot, but I priced around and this is normal. They even showed me in-house fabric for an entry price but better quality which saved me money and allow for me to buy a couple of decorative pillows to go with it. Worth the drive and the warehouse is clean. Especially for a warehouse!

Deb and all the folks at Chair care Patio have always been great. They replaced the sling on one of my chaise lounges. Around 9 months after a hot summer it ripped in one spot. Because they warranty their work for one year, they replaced the sling, no questions asked within a few days. We are very fortunate to have these guys in the Dallas area. They are the only place I know if that does sling replacement, custom pad and curtain sewing at a serious level. Further, these guys are doing work for patio furniture sellers and companies all over the country.

People need to realize when you bring them something in the middle of the summer, there's going to be a wait. These guys are in high demand and swamped. You really need to plan your patio needs in the fall and winter months so you have it when you want it.

If you are a lover of the mid century Brown Jordan Tamiami patio furniture Chair Care is the only place I have found that will refurbish the paint and reconstruct the diagonal weave. Sure they took a while but well worth the wait. I actually had to drive from Fredericksburg(4 hr trek non stop) twice to pick up my chaises, but Chair Care stuck to their word and gave me a $200. credit to cover my cost and time for having to drive to Dallas twice.

This is a very thorough operation and I have found their warehouse to be organized and they do great work. Thank you Chair Care for keeping your word and crediting me for my travel time and for the beautiful refurbishing services! For those of you not happy with them try to understand they are busy because they are great at what they do. Have patience!

We will see how it goes. I ordered replacement cloth for two chairs on june 3rd. Still have not gotten the product. Called today but had to leave a message. I can always change review when or if I get the product. I do understand the Covid may have pushed it back a lilltle.

Really brutal customer service. Emailed Jennifer Ray and was completely ignored for weeks. She told me their website was down and that they could send me fabric samples in the mail. I requested some, no photos were sent, I had to call back to be told by a grumpy Jennifer that the website was back up so I could go on it. I'd been given their phone number by sunbrella so I didn't even have the website- nor did she provide it.

And that pretty much encapsulates the effort put into their customer service. When I finally said as much to Jennifer she rudely told me to go somewhere else. And I quote "you should just call somewhere else and have them come and measure your furniture because you are going to need something really specific" this afternoon I'd sent photos and detailed measurements of our existing furniture and she's given me a quote. I'm not usually into writing bad reviews but I was really stunned by how rude and unprofessional she was. Total waste of time.

I ordered 8 sling chair replacements from this company. Although it took awhile to receive the replacement slings, when I did I found that I needed the "spreader tool" that is discussed on their website and in the video. I called this morning to order one (as their website has been down since yesterday) and was told they don't have any spreader tools in stock and they don't know when they would be getting any.

I thought it odd that they will sell you the replacement slings, but they apparently aren't interested in providing the tool necessary to do the installation. I was told that the spreader tool was a "luxury." There's $500+ wasted along with considerable time getting the slings installed to the point where I needed the spreader tool. The attitude of the woman I talked to was beyond uninterested in helping me.

On July 2 I ordered a replacement sling. Several calls Later it is September 2, 9 weeks later and no known date for receipt of a product. Every time I call I am given a different date and was told the fabric would be in house on August 25. Today I was told they still don't have it. It was supposed to be a 4 to 6 week process. They are out of control and they lie and now 9 weeks later my money has been taken yet no estimate on when item will be received- bad business- stay away.

Really disappointed in Chair Care Patio standing behind their workmanship. Spent a significant sum on replacing all my patio cushions. Custom work was great, but two cushions came apart at the seams two years later. Even though I was willing to pay for a repair, I was told they cannot do a simple re-stitch after one year. I guess once they have your money, that's it. Live and learn.

If you want to wait weeks and weeks for slings or have your messages and phone calls not returned this is the company for you. I should have read the reviews. One of the most poorly operated and unprofessional companies I have dealt with on the internet. Other than that no issues.

The lady that answers the phone should not be on the front line as the first point of contact. very poor customer service. She was rushed and didn't even care about helping me or getting my business.

Have had 2 experiences with them, yes dumb enough to go back for more abuse. Every single time I have called the lady answers with a sigh and then continues to be rude. My first experience was ordering slings for around $1000 with a 7-8 week delivery time which was fair. After 10 weeks I called to ask the status of my order and they said they needed to call me back in which they never did.

This went for about 6 more calls between then and 4 1/2 months later when I finally got them with very rude people every single time. The second time I ordered the stretcher that you need to install them. Well after it should have arrived and then some I call for more abuse. Gotta love paying to get verbally abused! Since I am local I am driving there do deal with them in person but get the feeling the attitude runs from the top down. BEWARE

I just picked up 14 replacement cushions for a sectional outdoor sofa. The cushions are beautifully made and fit perfectly! I found the staff to be very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend CCP!

Not sure about the quality, but the customer service is seriously lacking! After reading on their site that certain furniture brands and types would be difficult and not worth the time and effort for a DIY project, I sent photos of my patio furniture, asking for assistance and feedback before ordering. Their response seemed to be shooing me away. I was referred back to their website and told they aren't in the business of identifying furniture, and couldn't speak to my level of expertise in a project of this nature. Coming from a customer service background myself, I'm not sure how they've maintained a successful business for 30 yrs with this serious lack of customer service.

I was at someone else's house taking care of their home and I ripped the material on their patio ottoman. I found the name of this company on the chair and emailed them. I heard back from them within the hour and the gentleman emailed me back and forth several times! He gave me links with instructions for measuring and ordering and installing.

I explained my situation that I was in a hurry(and a bit of a panic!) to get it repaired by the time they arrived home. They were so helpful and "put a rush"on the order and I received it within the week and repaired it today and it looks like new! This was fantastic customer service. Thank you so much!

I just finished repairing my 25 year old patio chairs with the help of Chair Care Patio, in fact, I could not have done it without them! They helped me identify the brand and model of patio chairs, order the correct slings, sent swatches of the fabric I liked, and have a seriously fantastic how-to instruction brochure, AND they even include the required tool to get the chairs back in top condition, looking new!

I have before and after photos and I just love them! I wished I lived closer to their shop, I would have had them re-powder coat the frames; instead, I just sanded and painted. They are the BEST!

5-14-15Went to get fabric. Found some that I liked. The young man helping me was great.excellent in fact. Showed me where to look, helped me get the fabric. measured it and was very generous with the yardage.when I asked about the thread he asked 1 of the ladies doing the sewing which would be the best. She showed me. When it was time to check out, Valdo asked me some questions, to make sure I had gotten what I needed. This was a very good place. Would tell anybody to go here.

I had an excellent service experience with Chair Care. I had 10 pieces of Winston patio furniture that needed new slings, including needing to match a different Winston fabric on two more recently acquired chairs. I got knowledgeable service in selecting matching fabric. The chairs were picked up as scheduled, the work was completed in the time committed, and they were delivered back as scheduled.

The delivery person was cheerful, friendly and worked fast. The price was exactly what I had been quoted. The re-slinging was done properly and the chairs look great. Can't do any better than that!

The worst experience ever. Merchant is very rude and unwilling to work with you. Made several phone calls before hand to make sure they would work. Was never told in advance that chairs had to be taken apart. Upon receiveing order, the chair bolts did not come loose and broke off. I called company and owner wrote an email stating we were out of luck. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee. Be careful and know exactly what you are doing. The merchant will not stand behind his advertising or product.

I had purchased replacement slings for 2 chaise lounges because one of the slings on one original chair ripped. The exact fabric that came with the chair was no longer available so i bought the next closest. We took off the old slings on one chair and replaced them with the new slings. I never could get the top sling smooth so it always buckled a bit because now I think it was cut incorrectly at the factory.

It has been a year now the new slings have been on. This chair sits next to my original chair which is 13 yrs old with the original sling. The new chair is orange with mildew while my old chair looks remarkably well after 13 yrs. in summary I believe the quality of the fabric is inferior to the original which they no longer carry. Maybe my old fabric lasted too long.hmmm
