We've had a wonderful experience furnishing our home with Chain-Mar. Their offerings in store, via order, and for customization are excellent, and their prices are extremely fair. Bob is a true expert and was so helpful and patient with room layout, making selections, and offering advice. Nancy has been so sweet and great to work with for the coordination of delivery and payment.

She even went through extra effort to get us our gorgeous dining room table in time for Thanksgiving. I couldn't recommend them more highly, and we absolutely love our furniture!

Chain Mar is a great place to buy furniture. They sell real quality stuff there. Real wood. Not the laminated wood products like you might be encouraged to buy because of "low prices." Both of our purchases in the last year were from American manufacturers that supports American workers. I would encourage you to see Bob at Chain Mar and give him a chance to service your needs before going elsewhere.

They sell very good quality, well-built furniture, and you choose your fabric and configuration! The prices are very affordable and they provide old school customer service. AND design services are included. No comparison between them and the chain stores. Glad I took the ride to Norristown. Free parking in nice lot behind the store.

My wife hates when you go into a big box furniture store and the sales associates attack you as you walk in the door, like piranha going to feast on a cash cow. Our experience at Chain- Mar was the complete opposite. We entered the store and walked around for a while before Bob came by to see how he could help. We told him we were looking for a sofa and chair.

He told us to walk around at our leisure and check out the many sofas they had on display. When we found the sofa & chair that we wanted, Bob was very helpful in helping us pick out the right fabric and throw pillows. Bob and Nancy are very knowledgeable about their products and are definitely the best when it comes to customer service. My husband and I were looking for both a sofa and a mattress. Chain-Mar was suggested by a friend so we visited the store and we were so pleased with the service not to mention the selection.
