Shipping and in-home delivery are free for furniture orders within most of the contiguous United States, unless you have special circumstances to consider. If you think you live in a remote location, please ask us. However, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, or Wyoming at all.

The customer service from Cathy F. and the entire company is absolutely exceptional. I was in need of a replacement wand for a sleeper sofa. While I did not purchase the sofa from Carolina Chair, they were able to order and supply the replacement wand for me. Cathy responded to my inquiries during the holiday season when the store was closed, arranged to expedite shipping and communicated with me several times via email.
I received the product I needed within three days of my inquiry. All this for a $50.00 part. I have never had such exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Carolina Chair to all and am grateful to Cathy and her team. I know I'll shop Carolina Chair for furniture in the future.

We received our sofa, chair & 1/2, and rocker. They are beautiful. This is our second purchase from Carolina Chair. We have bought other items from different manufacturers that we thought were high quality in the meantime and they have come and gone. The workmanship and durability cannot be beat. The other 2 pieces are over 15 years old and still in good shape. I would recommend Carolina Chair to anyone.

We found Carolina Chairs on line. Although sceptical about making an investment in furniture on line we called and spoke to Cathy. She was very helpful, responded to all our concerns, sent us samples of material and we ordered a love seat that coverts to a single bed. We received it after a wait of several months. It was worth the wait. The quality of the seat met all our expectations. We are completely satisfied and will never buy furniture in the future except from Carolina Chairs. Cathy at Carolina Chair was wonderful. She responded in a timely manner to all of my questions. Sent me multiple fabric samples and I could not be more pleased. I ordered the English sofa, chair and ottoman. No skirt in the Omaha sand. All three pieces are gorgeous and comfortable. The delivery crew were wonderful. Cathy and crew thank you so much!

We just received our 5th and 6th couch and loveseat from Carolina Chair and we are thrilled. It was worth the six month wait. Cathy Fry, her family and team do an awesome job. They make you feel as though you are their only customer always responding to any questions in a timely manner. D&D Delivery, Nick and Cody, who delivered our furniture today were awesome and professional.
The long wait time was due to all of the ramifications of Covid. It was not the fault of Carolina Chair. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Carolina Chair is an outstanding company in every sense! They kept their word and our two custom order loveseats were ready right before our move to Canada. Integrity, honesty and care are words I would use to describe Cathy Fry and the company. We first saw Carolina Chair sofas on The Price Is Right. We loved the sofa offered in their showcase so we decided to order from them. It was an excellent decision. The loveseats are handcrafted of highest quality, comfortable and beautiful. Exceptional company! In a market where furniture buying is exceptionally difficulty, especially if you want quality. Carolina Chair met every expectation and did everything exactly as they said they would. Cathy was a pleasure to deal with getting the order setup and was a great help answering questions. Timing on the build was exactly as they estimated.

I also would like to point out the delivery company they used, HDS, also A+ they were courteous and very professional. They took the extra step to wash their hands after unpacking the dusty shipping wrapping before touching the couch. With this price point in a furniture purchase that was a nice touch I've never seen. Great work all around!

Carolina Chair, Inc is simply the BEST! Top quality, attention to detail, SO easy to work with; they go the extra mile. We bought a love seat and accomplished the entire process on the net. This is a family owned company and they really care about doing everything properly. We are absolutely thrilled with our couch. Now, we're old and we chose an old fashioned fabric that was sent to Carolina Chairs, and they did a FABULOUS job from beginning to end.
