We were expanding our location for our Business and needed a solution for a reception desk. Crystal, came by after meeting her in the showroom and gave great recommendations. We had it installed the beginning of January. It looks terrific and meets the needs for our team. Thank you Crystal and Staphana for ll your help! The installers were efficient and helpful! Timely installation with minimal interruptions. Cubicles look great and really add to the professional look of the office. Employees are thrilled with the functionality and ergonomics, much better than the desk situation they had previously. Brandon Patterson and his team were amazing to work with. They also have the only real office furniture showroom that I could find in town. Excellent service and business furniture at competitive prices. Brandon Patterson kept in constant contact with me and worked with me when our move in date was moved a couple of times. He was kind and professional. Chris Johnson designed our space and provided options for furnishings. Chris even jumped in to give input on paint colors and flooring options.

Furnished our new office with Brandon's help. Good prices and quality. Never thought I would spend $300 for each lobby chair but they are phenomenal and our patients love them. Well worth the expense. Delivery team was efficient and courteous. Will certainly use Business Furniture Systems for future projects.

Really enjoyed working with their design team to come up with a system that worked for our office. Turned out that there was a mistake in the order, but mistakes happen and companies should be judged on how they handle a problem. They got us functioning and acknowledged the mixup and stayed in contact with us until it could be resolve. We're very happy.

Great team of people to work with, very responsive and available for questions and designing our open office layout. They were flexible with the changes for move in/out of our office locations. The quality of furniture is excellent would highly recommend.
