I have been working with the Business Environments (BE) team, including Robert and Cole since 1995. I previously worked for a large physician group and BE assisted us with multiple moves, some of which were very complicated. As I have changed employers over the years, BE is one of the vendors that I keep in my preferred vendor list and am very comfortable referring them to others needing moving services, and new or used office furniture.

I have purchased cubicles, task chairs, and other office furniture, both used and new, from them and the crews are always personable, polite and efficient. They provide quality work and want customer satisfaction excellence.

I have owned an Office Furniture dealership almost 15 years, and used Business Environments for the first time recently. From the onset of doing business with them from getting a quote to the install and followup, they were extremely punctual, professional, and detail oriented. They even took the time to provide feedback to the manufacturer for the stations they installed suggesting changes to the design department to make installations easier.

They also were very prompt in reporting any damage. They set the bar very high, and my customers and property manager gave me outstanding reports of their great customer service. I love it when my subcontractors make me look good to my customers. I feel confident that they will always have my best interest in mind going over and above to provide white glove completely meticulous service. For the past 5 years I have used Business Environments for all my installation needs. By my count we have had 81 different and unique installations with Business Environments. In each instance their quotes have been returned quickly, their installations were done skillfully and competently, and their workers acted professionally. In many instances I was not onsite during the installation but had full confidence that the work would be done quickly, accurately and completely. They have always left the job site clean, sometimes cleaner than when they found it. I highly recommend Business Environments without reservation.

I've been in the Office Furniture business for close to 25 years, Cole and his team are the best I've ever used. I started using Cole in 2012, and have never looked back. They are the only Installer I use. They take the time to inspect the product BEFORE it arrives at the installation site, allowing me to make any adjustments ahead of time. They have gone above and beyond, providing reconfigurations on the fly as the customer decides, they want a different look. Service, Service, Service.that's what Cole and his team are all about.
