Upholstery literally came apart on furniture that has little to no use in our formal front room. The fabric has separated in multiple places, and it was like pulling teeth to get a reply from "customer quality". I would assume if I were a corporate client, versus a home owner, I wouldn't be advised to go find an upholsterer on my own (no offer of help from where or materials). This is expensive commercial grade furniture - shameful
