All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival. During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department prior to the delivery installers leaving your home. You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge.

The best place in Greenville to get quality made furniture. And you can even choose your upholstery. We have a piece in out living room right now that came from Bostic Sugg back around 1988. It's a beautiful piece that we are replacing with a new piece from Bostic Sugg. Our salesperson, Jennifer was very helpful & patient with us as we picked the pieces we wanted. Definitely recommend for quality furniture.

I tried to buy several items from Bostic Sugg. They have pitiful customer service and will ignore you if you try to get the answers to questions. They kept my recliner in the store a week and refused to bring it to my house. The sales lady who sold it to me would not call me back after she got my money. When they got to my house the delivery man refused to set my old chair just outside the door in the carport.

I called two to three times trying to talk to someone about the problem I have with my recliner not working correctly. They promised to let the repair service department call me back shortly. It has been a week now and nobody has attempted to call me and discuss the issue. I would not buy anything from them again. Simply horrible furniture store.

I will never go to this store again to look for furniture. I spent $3500. with them on a couch and chair. Chair had a spot and the salesman assured me they could steam it out before they delivered. But it delivered with that spot. That was the end of June. I have finally got a resolve on the spot, but that is because they wanted me to find someone to come and clean it and they would pay for it Did not feel like it was my place to do that, but I did it.

It took almost a month, to get this done. The biggerst problem was Lisa, poor customer service, in answering my calls and returning my calls. If you want customers to come back or to recommend your store to others that is not the way to do it. I had planned to go back and get bedroom suite and dining room suite, but not now. The furnture was beautiful but service horrible. For Lisa to manage this store, she needs to be on top of her game more. very IMPORTANT TO CUSTOMERS!

Just got a LazBoy today, the man had great customer service. Love the atmosphere, helped us load to our SUV, I highly recommend. Great customer service, and very good selection

They took $5200. Of my money. Never received my furniture that I ordered on June 2 2020. I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my bank. As of today Sept 20 2020, my bank has not heard from anyone nor have I.dispute is on going.

I placed an order only to wait almost three months for a "wrong" order to arrive. The order was replaced but no one could share even en expected delivery date. During the next two and a half months my calls and messages went unanswered. Finally the replacement order arrived - flawed! I spoke with store personnel who were rude, insensitive and dismissive. I requested a refund and was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee - despite their error, receipt of a poor product and no communication.

I've outfitted my entire house at this place. The two sales people I've dealt with were excellent and got me what I needed. Delivery was excellent and on time. the furniture has held up well.

Actually went in to look at dressers today and my husband and I were not greeted at all. Went over to the back left area and stayed over there for over 10 minutes still no one. A Caucasian couple walk in and were immediately greeted. I finally call over the young lady to help us also and was greeted with what do you need? Moral of the story is looks can be deceiving, we made a 4500 dollar purchase up the road and was greeted with a smile and we will always return to this furniture store. Will never return to Bostic Suggs! You were better over on Dickinson Ave.

My wife and I have been looking for a sofa for a couple weeks now. We bought our last sofa and loveseat at discount furniture which was a huge mistake! F are going to Ashley and a few other stores we decided to stop in here. Jennifer greeted us at the door and was very nice, pleasant and professional. She gave us time to look around And then when we decided what we wanted she helped us with the color and the fabric and anything else we needed. Excellent experience! I politely asked about a "stress free" chair and received outstanding service. I bought the chair along with several pieces of furniture and had them delivered to my home at a scheduled mutually convenient time. While the furniture was being delivered I decided I wanted to include another piece of furniture that I previously passed on.so I called the store and I spoke with the owner to inquire if I could add the extra purchase.

He was extremely helpful and immediately sent the other furniture set to my home while the delivery men were still setting up my original purchase. I could not be more pleased, and I am very happy that my money was spent locally and supported a local business here in Eastern NC. Thank you for such great costumer service!

Purchased a full size mattress for $1400.00 - at the store the mattress felt as though it would be what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was not. I was able to exchange the mattress for a $700 one. This one was definitely not as firm, felt nice at the store but after struggling to sleep through the night on this mattress, I started sleeping in the guest bedroom.

It is now September and since February I have not slept on this mattress more than 2 hours a night. I wake up with stiff aching muscles. The store said nothing could be done because I waited too long. Option available - pay for another mattress. Sleep deprived but not taking another chance on Bostic mattress.

Horrible customer service. my salesperson, who is also the store manager, was unresponsive and unknowledgeable. She made numerous mistakes that made my experience horrible. I thought by contacting the president of the company, I would experience better service but I didn't. They simply don't care. I wasn't even contacted after I spent several thousand dollars to see if I was pleased with my purchase. Never spending another penny there.
