Had a recent Herman Miller embody chair repair done. Absolutely horrible experience with John Nye. They scratched my chair while doing a repair and he told me use a black marker to fix their mistake. Unbelievable, thank you. Look else where to do ****Update 8/6/2020**** John Nye and Daniel Schlosser reached back out and offered to repair what was damaged.
I feel like this is what separates companies from great companies. That customer service and follow up distinguishes them. Accidents happen, situations happen, but to correct something based on principle is what it's all about. Daniel who serviced the chair for me was amazing, very quick, diligent, friendly. Highly recommend him for any repairs. If and when I or someone I know needs to have a chair serviced I would recommend this company since they stand behind their work.
