So thankful that I was able to meet Nancy and James. It was so nice to have someone who was knowledgeable about the products, could help me differentiate between the two beds I loved and give me all kinds of options. This website has great furniture with great prices, however when I made a online purchase and I unfortunately had to cancel due to some personal reasons, I first emailed but no reply right away, they don't even have a online cancel option right after a purchase is made, as well I called and no answer went straight to voicemail no space even to leave a msg, so I kept calling because you never know if it's a scam or bad business intentions as it's my first time using this site, finally after calling a few times it went to one ring and to voice mail than finally I got an answer but it was so rude, " im in a meeting stop calling me " so I said I'm sorry but I need to cancel my order ASAP " oh I did that already " hangs up I didn't even get any info on the cancellation on their end! This is very poor customer service I don't think I'll ever feel comfortable to order from here again!

Nancy was AMAZING! I haven't felt so welcomed in an establishment in such a long time. There was no pressure to buy, she and I had great conversation it was like seeing an old friend. She helped me to my car after I made my purchase which she discounted after finding out I've been saving my tips to buy a bed frame. 10/10 would send anyone there for their bedroom furniture needs. Will be back for my dressers!

AVOID this place at all costs! Ordered a sectional couch from them with a sliding leg rest. With regular use, the leg broke broke in under 3 weeks and now the part of the couch that's supposed to slide in and out won't go back in and the couch is almost unusable. I tried emailing them to solve the issue and was told they would send a replacement leg (which doesn't really solve the issue anyways) but we were willing to try and see if we could fix it with that part. Well, now we'll never know because it's been 7 business days since I've messaged them and I've given them a day and time I'll be home to receive the part and no one has gotten back to me and they never showed up.
It's upsetting spending so much money on a piece of furniture for it to break almost immediately. Other than that the couch itself is also uncomfortable and you can feel the foundation poking through when you sit in certain spots.

I dont think I will ever buy a bed anywhere else again. Nancy was so helpful in making sure the mattress I liked aligned my spine properly and stayed within my budget. They are friendly and really worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I am so happy to not only know what I'm getting (by being able to try before I buy) but also that I got to support and local business during these Covid times. If you need a mattress or bed, go here first!

Run away. Dishonest business. I ordered 3 things from them last week: a mattress, a bed and a sofa. 1) The mattress I ordered was 'coil free mattress' from their website which is about 400 dollars including taxes. The mattress I received was just totally different from the one on the website. Shape and size (Height) were different from website specifications.
You can see on the picture the difference between the mattress from their website and the one I received. I exchanged numerous of emails with them to explain there was a mistake but they kept on telling me this is the right mattress. The refused to take it back and refund me (see email communication attached). After a day of trying to get refunded, I finally decided to open the mattress and told them I would give a bad review for their dishonest practices.
They suddenly tried to arrange situation and offered a 50 dollars refund. I still did not get a single penny. 2) The sofa: very poor quality. Feels more like sitting on a bench. Also, there was a quality issue with some piece screwed upside down that I had to correct myself. 3) The bed: they forgot it at first delivery. So they told me it would come the following monday between 12 and 3 PM.
I waiting until 5:30 PM before it arrives. All wrong, dishonest and bad quality. Ps: the answer below from beds for less is again full of lies.they removed pics I posted as evidence of their dishonesty and deleted reviews I posted on their website.
