Once again we've had an excellent experience with Bedrooms & More. We bought a firmer liner for our king-sized 45th Street mattress (it's such fun getting old). The installers arrived on time and made the swap in less than 20 minutes. (Now if I could just get a new back.)

Product, price, showroom and employees were great. However I was told specifically by the sales person that the delivery/install team would remove my old box spring, bedframe and headboard when installing the new bed. Turns out that was not true. I wouldn't have paid the $99 delivery/install fee without the promise of old bed removal. To be fair, the sales person was apparently misinformed, but after several weeks of calling I was never able to get any sort of resolution to this issue.

I have purchased multiple items from Bedrooms & More since we moved here 4 years ago. Twice we've had beds delivered. The Bedrooms team are prompt and professional. Building the beds on-site, cleaning up and removing packaging, and placing mattresses.that we're not part of the purchase. The second bed we purchased in store. They went out of their way to find the color combinations I was looking for, even going so far as to call the manufacturer, Night&Day, to fill my request. Most recently I purchased a set of drawers for my Paprika frame. We picked up the drawers from their distribution center.super easy. I highly recommend Bedrooms & More!

Back in 2019 I arrived to the conclusion I needed a NEW bed. Bedrooms and More was kind, gracious and without pushing it worked with me to find a quality bed+frame to fit my budget.

Just got my new bed yesterday. Thanks to the delivery guys who braved this winter storm! Already I can feel the difference, was having terrible pain for days and I didn't hurt getting out of bed this morning. I got their sound sleep mattress. Thanks to Diana for showing us around and feeling my pain.

This place has the smarmy vibe of a store that compensates its salespeople on commission. It's impossible to simply browse the merchandise without a salesperson hovering over you constantly. If you like this, then this is the store for you.

This is a wonderful local store. The service is great and mattresses are excellent. There are many different options as well as price points. For our second home (in another city) we were going to buy from a local chain. I left uninspired and called my usual place Bedrooms and more. The were very helpful so I went in to buy two new mattresses and ended up with 4 and a bunk bed on clearance.

Best of all I got four better quality mattresses and a bunk bed for less than it would have cost to buy 2 at the national chain. They were willing to work with me on delivery as well. Can't say enough good things!

As an interior designer, I purchase a lot of sleeper sofa for clients. I used to purchase these from another sleeper sofa store in Seattle. But when they failed to respond to me, I had to search for another supplier and came across Bedrooms & More and I am SO glad that I did! Not only is the showroom gorgeous but everyone who works there is just awesome!

They offer superior customer service and are super knowledgeable about their products. If you are looking for a fabulous furniture shopping experience, I highly recommend Bedrooms & More. You won't be disappointed!

I had been searching for a mattress that I liked for 3 months. My partner and I were on our last legs searching for a mattress that would make me happy. Every store we came across they told us that the only mattresses in production were hybrids or foam. In a last ditch effort we decided to travel out to bedrooms & more. We came in and we were welcomed in immediately even though we were there an hour before close.

Our salesperson was Anthony. I reluctantly asked if there were such a thing as basic traditional cotton mattresses anymore, and BEHOLD Anthony showed us a mattress that I liked on first try that was not only cotton, but it came in ORGANIC cotton. I was so thrilled. My partner and I didn't want to make the mistake we made last year when buying a mattress and just buying the first one we liked, so we asked Anthony if he could show us more and he did.

So many wonderful mattresses, some hand made, some with wool, horse hair. You name it. It was nice to have such an authentic and knowledgeable salesperson, who actually cared to show us everything and didn't even assume our budget. My partner and I have deep pockets but we don't dress or look like people who do so that was refreshing. We decided to come back tomorrow to discuss our options with what we liked, with when we would be able to get our king mattress, if we wanted a custom one.

All of that. The next day we came back and Anthony greeted us and remembered us! We ended up buying a mattress that's a king, and made of organic cotton and wool which made me feel fantastic. Ontop of that we got a very nice organic cotton mattress cover and Egyptian cotton sheets. I don't think I'll ever try my efforts anywhere else other than bedrooms & more thanks to Anthony.
