Amazing service from start to finish. Great communication, delivery on the day I asked for. A call from the driver 30 mins before. I paid extra for assembly and I'm glad I did, they guys were fantastic. The build quality is exceptional. They took the cardboard with them after fit and even helped me unbox the mattress that I purchased separately and took that too! I'll be recommending everyone I know! Bed Kings, Rauf is a credit to your company.

Absolutely awful i ordered a bed frame 16wks ago and I still havent recieved my order. its ridiculous, no contact or updates on your order, I emailed them in march and they told me it wasnt in stock until th 5/6/22 it's now the 17th and still no sign or contact from the bedkings worst experience ever. I'm seriously considering taking this further, its alot of money just to forget about.

Well I've been very happy with the range found the customer service professional when I bought a product and wanted to know more about the range I was offered up selling possibilities and working in the logistics business myself was happy to spend more but knowing my rites on arrival of my products found they implementend there own delivery team and from some of the reviews I had seen that this company implementend private carriers so trusted that the delivery team prided themselves and my home were very responsive respectful abserved social distances prior pandemic as well ask if I would like them to were foot covers as I had a nice home they said.

They erected my furniture effectively and effortlessly there were no messes to be seen they also gave there own feed back on my products and gave recommendations for others also gave feed back on the manufacturing efforts for cost and and quality standards and how the company pride themselves on open communication with customers and suppliers equally. Over all very satisfied and let never forget the the logistics flat pack age we get what we pay for all round Kind regards Daniel Baxter

I ordered 2x bedside cabinets around a month ago. They haven't arrived and customer support has yet to come back to my multiple enquiries. I'm really getting concerned that I've lost my money - if they've been on holiday / super busy and come back to me then I will amend this review for sure but this is quite worrying just to get radio silence.

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying online. The bed frame I bought it was cheaper in other websites, but I still went ahead with Bed Kings because of the assembly they offer. The guys just left me alone with the boxes without assembling it, I haven't had the full refund of that and even more the price days after decreased, and they did not pay me back the difference, which after all the stress process with them, it would have been a great bonus for the customer service, who, by the way, had very rude manners. NEVER AGAIN

An amazing company. I ordered many luxury items for my home, and they looked tremendous. The mattress were very comfortable. The service is excellent. Would highly recommend buying from here.

Ordered a large 4 door wardrobe at a significant cost of about 650. The worst quality wardrobe I have ever experienced. Very cheaply made then wood that damage easily and looks awful. Doors do not even close properly (and I had it professionally assembled). Bed Kings refuse to take responsibility or even offer a part-refund. I will be throwing it away and ordering a new wardrobe. Total cost including assembly and disposal fees come to almost 1K. Do not make the same mistake as I did. AVIOD.

I definitely don't recommend using this website, the refund and exchange terms and conditions supplied on the site are false, and you are deemed to of 'accepted products' as soon as your furniture is delivered even if they're faulty. We ordered the Lancaster 4 piece set which is poorly made, the chest of drawers broke instantly and the wardrobe doors don't close properly.

The delivery service was poor - they used our toilet and left it in a mess before leaving without mentioning that the product was damaged. Since then (this was 6 weeks ago), my partner has called almost every other day to request a refund as the terms and conditions allow, only to be told they cannot refund us, and that we 'accepted' the items as soon as they were delivered to our property. An exchange was offered once but due to the poor quality we don't want this.

We've asked for management to call and been regularly told we will receive a call only to be completely ignored. Since my partner paid for the furniture to be built, we were told that this also meant we didn't qualify for a refund, however we've explained many times we're more than happy to accept a refund for this (minus the build cost). Overall, really poor customer service, terrible quality furniture and will not use again. Be wary.

Ordered a bed and mattress with a four week delivery time as expected for a handmade bed. Got a two hour time slot and updates from the driver during the day including a call to let me know I was the next stop and what time they are expected to arrive. Bed and mattress both assembled on the second floor. The guys were very personable and quick at assembly. Top service all round and the bed is so comfortable and luxurious. The price was also excellent. Would highly recommend to all.

Bought a set of bedroom drawers from them. They took 6 weeks to be delivered and were missing screws as well as required a replacement piece to be sent out as the original was missing the dowl and drill holes. After informing them of this they have told me another piece has been sent out and should be delivered in 15-21 days. So in the meantime I have a large set of drawers taking up most the bedroom which I'm unable to move for fear of snapping. A member of the management team offered his apology though so that solves everything.
