1st all I'd like to say Martin had the patience of a Saint to put up with me trying to figure which couch I'd like best. I love my new couch! It's beautiful! Soft! Comfortable and very well made! I purchased my couch from Be Seated Leather back in Aug 2020. I have always wanted a leather couch, so why not go somewhere local! I walked in and Martin helped me pick out the best couch for me. He had me list all of my wants/needs with a couch. He had me test out all the different options and I feel as though we made a customized couch just for ME!
I love it! Then recently, I had a mishap with my couch. I called him up and he pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed! If you are looking for great customer service and a couch made in the USA! Check them out, you won't be disappointed! I would ask for Martin. :

Fantastic business to deal with! Very competitive pricing on truly quality furniture. They even arranged for a very professional and courteous delivery of a large sectional 100 miles away. A week after delivery we received a brand new matching cushion and didn't know why. Martin explained that he noticed a very minor discoloration on one of the delivered cushions and wanted it replaced. Jeez, we didn't even see it! Very few professional and stand up businesses like this remain! THANK YOU BSL.

Exceptional experience with Be Seated! Purchased a large reclining sectional from Chip. Chip was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be more pleased. We spoke with Martin on the phone for updates and delivery, always very professional and anxious to answer questions. The delivery went flawlessly and the furniture looks better than we expected. We highly recommend Be Seated for your leather furniture. Wonderful customer service. High quality products. We live in Davison and we checked out so many furniture stores looking for a leather recliner sofa. The selection was very small where ever we went. The price was good, the choice of style and color limited. We don't have a large living room area and a lot were so bulky for our space. We ended up at BeSeated Leather and we are so glad we did! There is a price, color and style for everyone's budget and taste.
We were able to find a three seat leather couch with recliners at both ends wit a lower profile than most. In fact, we were able to buy a love seat with two recliners. The low profile doesn't make it take over our space. We would absolutely recommend BeSeated Leather if you are looking for leather furniture.

Be Seated is the best place in the area to buy leather seating. They have many different styles of American made chairs/sofas and best of all, you customize your furniture with a leather you pick out. In other furniture stores, they may have 2-3 different color options if you're lucky. Here we had total control over the color (literally books full of options) and texture of our new couches.
The delivery company was also great. They went above and beyond to make sure our furniture and home were protected all throughout the delivery process. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for high-quality, customizable leather furniture!

Posting this for my father Rick M., as he bought 2 theater reclining couches from here and he doesn't have a google account. I was also with him when we went shopping and picked them out. Martin was just fantastic! Very professional and the quality of the furniture is very very excellent! Would like to mention that my dad needed some non-slip pads for the bottom of the couches/recliners because he has a wood floor and Martin sent him a bunch free of charge!
He was soooo happy because nobody has ever done that for him in the past. Thank you, Martin for everything so much! We give Martin and Be Seated a 5 star review because they were worth it! We will be going back there again in the future for sure!

We've been wanting new leather furniture for sometime but after a handful of unsuccessful visits to furniture stores in our area we found out that most leather furniture is not made in the USA or North America. Most is manufactured in China. After several months of searching we felt that we'd have to settle for mediocre furniture that we weren't in love with.
Not wanting to give up my husband did a Google search for leather furniture in the Detroit Metro area and found BeSeated Leather Furniture. After spending sometime on their website, we decided to make the almost 2 hour trip to Rochester on a Friday night after work. From the moment we walked into the store we knew we'd be purchasing our new furniture.
The furniture is made in North America and the leather is high quality. BeSeated was the store we'd been searching for. Martin listened to our needs and helped us find a deep and comfortable couch and loveseat. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. We've already recommended BeSeated to several friends. I had the best experience at Be Seated Leather I came in with a problem with my leather couch I bought from a different dealer and our salesperson Anthony at Be Seated Leather was very helpful, he gave me the best advice and gave me some great knowledge on what to look for in quality leather furniture. The furniture at Be Seated Leather is the best around and is made from the highest quality of Leathers!
