THINK TWICE! Ordered a Sunpak heater for my back deck. Unit never showed up. Dealt with 2 different freight carriers (long haul/local). After 3 months of no resolution BBQ Island accused me of fraud and that I was lying. I have no choice but to contact my credit card company to rectify the situation. They accused ME of fraud yet I am the one who paid $2000 to look at a blank space and a gas pipe sticking out with nothing attached to it. Awful experience.

I bought a Kamado Joe Big Joe III from BBQ Island and it was delivered with shipping damage. That can happen and is no deal as long as the parties involved handle it appropriately. BBQ Island and their forwarder Pilot Freight handled the replacement process flawlessly. No discussion, immediately told me to have the shipper take the damaged grill back and immediately initiated shipping of a replacement grill that arrived in just a week. All good now. I complement BBQ Island and especially their team member Harmony Averett in their handling of the case. Couldn't have had a better customer experience!

Amazing showroom with so many great brands to compare. Both Brads are very knowledgeable and helpful - this was a huge upgrade for us (finally building the dream outdoor BBQ/kitchen) and they took a lot of time explaining things. And again with their Customer Service when we had an issue with some damage from packaging, Harmony was so kind and friendly and took care of everything!
I am beyond impressed and would highly recommend BBQ Island in Tempe for all your outdoor cooking needs! We may just keep going back to find fun accessories so we can say hi :)

These guys have been amazing to work with. I purchased a camp chef woodwind and the thing hasn't worked since I got it a year ago. Issues started right off the bat with the actual smoker itself. The smoker wouldn't go over 250 degrees, it would burn through bags of pellets, if you opened the door it would drop 30+ degrees and not ever get back to the correct temperature, startups were inconsistent where it would start immediately and sometimes it would take 3-4 cycles.
In working with camp chef customer service, they sent out multiple thermometers, control hubs and a full new hopper. After hours spent on the product, it was time to throw in the towel and Camp Chef simply said, "try and get your money back from the person you bought it from." They gave up and let it rest on BBQ island which really isn't their problem BUT the staff at BBQ Island has been absolutely unbelievable and took the task on themselves to get a solution figured out. They ended up getting me a full refund and had it not been for them, Camp Chef would have just stuck me with it. APPRECIATE YOU AND GREAT WORK BBQ ISLAND!

After about two months of detailed research and visiting virtually every outdoor cooking website on the Internet, I was very happy to have arrived at BBQ Island. Their website was the best to navigate, had the most comprehensive product selection, the best prices and customer service that went above and beyond. I ended up ordering a full line of Twin Eagles products along with a couple of Marvel outdoor refrigerators.
Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. I will definitely be using them for all of my future needs. Here is a picture of the Twin Eagles 36 grill about to be installed :-

Wonderful employees and store! My husband had been wanting to purchase a Traeger for years! When they came out with their new smoker this year, he finally decided to purchase one. We visited this place since it was a Traeger platinum dealer. They have a HUGE selection of grills and accessories. The gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and gave us some tips on what we could cook in our new smoker. We will be back here again for all our pellets and seasonings!

If you BBQ, you will need to know about this place. Great place for wood chips and large selection of sauces and rubs is just the start. They got it all The Green Egg and all that goes with them. Traeger small to their new line of insulated smoker grills. Parts they have parts and cooking utensils and so much more.
