We have ordered from AuthenTeak a handful of times this year. Staff is always super helpful and stays in touch regarding anticipated deliveries. Definitely recommend for outdoor furniture. Really wish that we had purchased our outdoor heaters from them as they have the same models and recommended electricians that are super familiar with the systems.

Worked with Eric Brenner on reordering our outdoor cushions. The material color was no longer available and Eric was so helpful in helping me choose new colors and getting everything ordered. We love the quality and the items we have from AuthenTeak and always come back to them when we need new items or just a refresh with cushions. Great customer service!

I needed some replacement parts for a chaise lounge. I contacted the manufacturer and they gave e three of their suppliers who I could order the parts from. I contacted all three. AuthenTEAK was the only one who bothered to get back to me. They responded, we traded some e-mails and when I got in touch, they had already checked to see that the parts were in stock. I placed the order over the phone. Easy peasy

One salesperson out of 4 spoke to us. not even "hello." strike 1. some frames were fine, but the actual cushions on 90% of what we sat on (which was almost everything) were not comfortable at all. strike 2. on sectionals, they price by section. maybe they offer a discount if you buy all the pieces. or maybe you could get different cushions. i'll never know because no one asked if we had any questions and just kept staring at their computers while we walked out. strike 3.

5 stars for Ashley H, who is the Operations Manager. We had a tricky delivery situation (low trees, narrow private driveway) and she worked with a third party to ensure it was delivered after FedEx refused to do it. She also took time to call me with updates. Excellent customer service.

Purchased a 6000 grill from Jeff in May. Grill was delivered I'm juicy with a faulty grill cart leaving the grill virtually unusable. Was advised that grill cart would be replaced. is now the end of September and our $6000 grill sits on our deck without the cart. Store is unresponsive, will not return calls! Not working to resolve anything! Horrible service and sooooo disappointing!

Dont believe the shipping times. Had long convo about when my item would be delivered as i needed it for a specific event. After a series of assurances and a large purchase, i'm told the shipment is delayed a MONTH (2 weeks after ordering). Steer clear if ordering online. Edit: While trying to cancel order, floor rep rudely hung up phone. Very aggressive.

Outstanding experience! Went there to look at purchasing a table - ended up with a table, bench, chairs and a sofa. Process was easy - staff was knowledgable. Alison made it simple. Eric runs a good operation and we felt confident buying from AuthenTEAK. Pricing was better than expected and quality is top-notch. And I respect their mission to make the experience as safe as possible in this environment. Some stores were a free-for-all; AuthenTEAK requires appointments so that they can properly space customers and minimize contact with others. Great buying experience.

Quality products and incredible customer service. I recently purchased two Gloster Bay chairs and they look great. The design team went through various chairs to help me select the best look for my space. Very knowledgeable about their products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Highly recommend for outdoor living.

Authenteak is patio furniture oasis. I recently moved into a condo with a small patio. Ever since I've been looking for cool, comfortable chairs to help me enjoy the space. Upon walking into Authenteak I was overwhelmed by the amount of incredibly beautiful furniture. Distracted and disoriented I walked around in amazement and awe but then the friendly and obviously experienced sales staff put me at ease and made it simple for me to make a decision. I am located in Northern California and was looking for a Treasure Garden umbrella canopy distributor. I came upon Authenteak and inadvertently ordered the wrong size and color replacement canopy. What follows is a sequence of incredible Customer- Manager interactions that have made me an Authenteak customer for life. * First, they take back the umbrella regardless of not having notes in their system to support a custom product return; just my word. * Second, They walk me through and confirm the right replacement size with words and pictures. * Thirdly, they cut the price of the replacement with a "good guy" discount that I hardly deserved. * Fourthly, they expedite the order of the replacement canopy * Fifthly, they give me yet another cost reduction on the restocking fee on the refund of my original purchase And all of these actions are gift wrapped by the most courteous, thoughtful, responsive and articulate communication that a business leader can have with their customer.

That business leader is the Operations Manager, Shantal Melville. An excerpt of one of her communications follows that underscores her "over the top" efforts to assist me as a 70+ old person to get it right after I failed on a couple of attempts measuring the right way and having to scale a ladder. "Hi Gary, I'm happy to look into this for you and I'm sorry about all the hassle.

Do you happen to know what type of frame you have? If not, can you please send me a side view image of your umbrella? Please also confirm the shape of the canopy- is it an octagon, square, or rectangle? Finally, the most accurate way to determine the canopy size is to measure the rib from the hub to the end of the rib (see red line below). And no ladder needed for this! If you close the canopy, the pole should lower down far enough that you can measure while standing on the ground." Thank You Shantal!

We've purchased an outdoor dining table & chairs, bench, two chaise lounges, and mostly recently a large umbrella from AuthenTEAK in the past several years. Their brands are top-notch (we went with Barlow Tyrie and Gloster) and the showroom has a great selection to browse. We found the salespeople to be very helpful. And when I've emailed them a few times, I've gotten outstanding service, including a personal note from Eric (one of the co-founders) to make sure I was taken care of - nice touch! If you want high-quality outdoor furniture in Atlanta, this seems to be the go-to place, and we'd highly recommend them.

Beware! We order custom drapes. Richie took the order. Wrong size came and they want a 20% restocking fee! Total crap! BEWARE OF THIS STORE! Also RUDE as all HELL! Richie is a absolute waste of time! Eric was also SUPER uncooperative. If you're going to pay retail there's dozens of other stores in Atlanta to take your business! 20% restocking for a sales persons error is utterly stupid!

I purchased my husband's gift online which was $176 (or something like that). Which he loves! However, they had trouble entering my card information so processed it 6 times from my account. It placed over $1000 on hold from my checking account for 3 days. They acted like "we are sorry, it's just a hold." That's a lot of money to place on hold for an $176 item. I just wasn't impressed with the customer service about this. I won't purchase anything else from them because of it. I will get my belongings else where.

Recently purchased some Kamado Joe Accessories from Authenteak. The prices were excellent and their customer service is tops! I had a small issue with my order and Damon took care of it immediately. Any company can sell stuff, but good Customer Service is the mark of a company that cares.

Damon was very helpful in coaching me through the purchase process. I placed the order on line and he proactively reached out to me to make sure i had the right dimensions for the replacement canopy i ordered. When i was confused he emailed me and even proactively picked up the phone and gave me a call. Great service!
