This place is horrible dont goo here please avoid a headache the costumer service is horrible plus the furnitures is garbage

This company won't give you your furniture even after you pay for it! You'll either wait 3 months because they're missing whole pieces of the set you want or they'll hike up prices on pieces you have on lay away so you'll owe more than your paperwork original said! Terrible service save yourself the hastle please for your sake!

Needed 2 boxsprings on a Sunday & they were the closest so I bought them without making a fuss on the price because a gentleman put both on the top of my truck & tied them securely without anyone else assisting him. That alone was worth it! The entire process took about 30 mins total. Nice friendly customer service!

Not satisfied at all and will never purchase from here again. My $500 brand new couch had scatches on it and even a small hole from where the staple came through. Worst part the board in one of the arms of the couch is broken and then I'm told because I did a curbside drop off and we brought it in our selves without and problems I might ad they will do nothing about it it's our problem!

Mind you the entire couch was wrapped in cardboard and plastic so pleas tell me how I cause these defects in my couch! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST NOONE ELSE DOES EITHER!

Purchased furniture 1 month and a week ago. Was told at the time of purchase that delivery would be three weeks because of covid 19. Which I was fine with. Then the furniture never arrived. Called the place and was told they dont have a delivery date as of now. Inquired to speak to the manager to get a refund since that is not what i was told at the time of purchase and was told i would not get a refund no way.

Also was told the manager would call me back and he never did ofcourse. Will never purchase from this place again. Horrible service. Maybe I will get the couches next year when they feel like it. What a scam!

Here is my struggle. I bought my youngest son a bedroom set for $700, head and foot board and a dresser. When the items were delivered we notice there was no mattress when we call we were told it did come with mattress and box spring. Wrong I was told it would come for that price and the box springs came. I decide to just go buy a mattress so my son can finally.have his bed.

Less than two months the metal peg on the headboard leg broke. Remind you my son is.only 10 and is well.house trained. I call the store of Manton Ave and that as told to wait for the piece. Now we spend the holidays with my son's bed on the floor. It's the first week of February and were told the company isn't replying to them about the leg piece and if I want I can purchase another headboard? Are you kidding me.

My son literally enjoy his bed for less than two month and if I want him to have his bed back I have to come out my pocket once again. Never will I buy from them and I will never recommend them. If you go to the location I advise you to try the other furniture stores there.

We came in to purchase a specific bedroom set my wife found online. Once we explained what we wanted the associate showed us a much nicer set that better fit our needs and costed less. They went out of their way to work with us on delivery request. Highly recommended taking a look at this location for your furnishing needs.

Awful customer service. Was told furniture would take two weeks and on the date it was supposed to be arrived they said it would be another 3 weeks. Offered no discounts whatsoever. Would recommend anywhere else.

While the ordering process was pleasant, everything after was the worst service received possible. The 'delivery' team was an hour and a half outside the window. They also delivered a wrong piece. The 2nd attempt was just as bad. When you call a customer and tell them when you're going to be there, either stick to it or don't bother. Oh, the delivery itself? I had to attach the legs myself. My next furniture purchase will be anywhere but here.

Overpriced cheap made furniture. Don't bother wasting your money on delivery. The junkies that they hire to deliver your furniture are lazy and do not complete a 10 min job. They don't even bother to get rid of the boxes it came in. Don't waste your money nor time. You can save yourself some money by going to Walmart with a friend.

I needed some furniture for a condo I rent and found a great selection here at Atlantic. Not a fancy place but once you see the prices, you'll think you're dreaming. Prices are so low it's hard to believe they could say in business selling so cheap They have many items that the fancy stores sell and less than half the price.
