Arizona Leather

This is an authentic and beautiful leather furniture store. They have top quality items. Chris was the perfect sales person. His knowledge of the items was superb. He assisted me in buying sofas for my living room. I made three trips to the store- each time Chris answered my questions and showed me different sofas without making me feel pressured to buy. Chris let me bring home leather samples and looked at pictures of my living room to provide ideas of what would look work best, catered towards my tastes. Chris' knowledge, helpfulness, and thoughtfulness made the process a wonderful experience. He doesn't oversell you and what I love is that his passion for the quality products he sells, and his incredible knowledge, shines through.

We have visited Arizona Leather a few times. They have a nice showroom with lots of original pieces of furniture. The styles really speak to us. Most recently we stopped by to see if they had a large storage ottoman for our bedroom. Theu did have some, but not quite the dimensions that we needed. John S. suggested that he could have a custom piece made to our exact requirements for a very affordable price.

Today I picked the piece up from the showroom, brought it home, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We have a very well made and unique piece of furniture that we could not find anywhere else. John S. treated us like we were the most important people to come by and look at his furniture. He spent an hour just showing us options that we could choose from. We will definitely be going be Arizona Leather the next time we are looking for some great furniture.

We had gone to several furniture stores looking for a leather couch and chairs to replace our old set. We did not find anything we liked. That's when we visited Arizona Leather in Tustin, Ca. The salesman, Hugh Mocias, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a wide variety of styles and their color and leather options. We found a style and color we liked and selected an exceptional European leather (ELMONORDIC IV), that was not available at the other stores we had visited.

The ordering process was quick and easy. We found the price competitive for what we had ordered. The set arrived on schedule. It was exactly as we had ordered and was in flawless condition. The delivery men were very friendly and careful. Once we had it in our family-room for a few days, we loved everything about it except the legs! We decided to change the legs to one of the other available options to better blend with other things in the room.

We went back to Hugh. He indicated the legs could be easily changed. The charge was very minimal. He sent a technician to our home. The technician removed and replaced the legs in a couple of hours. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Now "everything" about the set is a perfect fit for our family-room. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I needed to find a power reclining chair to recuperate from a shoulder surgery that was quickly approaching. Due to Covid, there is very little available. After visiting a lot of furniture stores I was at the point that I was going to have to settle for a chair that was not very comfortable, of pour quality and probably would not have shown up on time.

When we walked into Arizona Leather, we could tell that they sold nothing but quality. After talking to John who was extremely knowledgeable, we found a chair that was close to what we wanted. Unfortunately, It was not a power recliner and was an older floor model. Because of his knowledge of the industry, he knew that the manufacturer did make the chair in a power version and was able to check to see that it was available.

With the way things are at the ports right now it was not known if the shipment of chairs would arrive on time. In order to get the chair on time he would have to order and pay for it without us actually being able to sit in it and not knowing if it would even be in the warehouse in time. John said that if we didn't like it or it didn't show up before the surgery, he would just keep it and we would not have to purchase it.

The surgery was scheduled for the following Tuesday. John had gotten word that the ship had be unloaded and went there personally to pick it up knowing that the normal deliver would take to long. He even dropped it off at our home and set it up on the weekend. Later after he left we noticed that there was a clicking sound when the chair was put back into the upright position so we contacted John to let him know.

He said he would take care of it. He contacted us two days latter and said he would swap out the chair so we would not be inconvenienced by having a tech come and work on the chair knowing that I had just had the surgery. After taking a better look, I found that the clicking noise was just a piece of plastic that was getting caught and it was easily fixed.

I called john to let him know that it was not a big deal and he did not need to come out after all. He said he wanted to be sure and came with the other chair and set it up and took the other chair away. What a great guy! Thanks John you went way above and beyond! Also, the chair is awesome!

I have been working with Arizona Leather Thousand Oaks on an issue with my couch. They have emailed that they will take care of this and they have partially. They have replaced the cushion leather and it looks great however when the installera arrived without prior Notice they did not bring the leather arms on each end of the sofa which they were supposed to change as well according to the email they sent me.

I have emailed the gentleman I am dealing with at least twice with no response so far. I am hopeful they will get back to me soon and take care of this, which I will update you as things progress.

Pattie was wonderful. She let us browse without hovering and answered all of our concerns and questions as needed. She made several suggestions and put time and effort into helping us make a decision on what might work best for our needs. No selling pressure whatsoever. My wife and I bought our "lazy boy" style couch, plus two chairs, more than 10 years ago. They got plenty of use, but they still look new. The battery on the couch died, so they promptly replaced it with a new and more efficient battery. They are friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional, with extensive knowledge of their product, which is top-notch.

Our previous sofa purchase from Arizona Leather lasted 20 years! So, when it came time to replace it we went right back to them. Our sales person, Hugh, really did a good job understanding what we wanted and took his time to explain the different sofa types we were looking at as well as the different leather grades. We took advantage of their sale offer and we kept in touch regarding ship dates.

We had our sofa delivered yesterday and are thrilled; looks great and quite comfortable; I'm seeing a lot of couch naps in my future. The delivery crew was great as well. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We are long term satisfied customers. We bought a beautiful large L shaped couch in 2014. It has served us well. Just recently I called to have some service, 7 years later.they replaced a worn mechanism and re-stuffed some pillows and it is looking and working like new. The prices are good, the service is good. You can count on these guys. I highly recommend them.

It's a really nice couch. It's very comfortable, and they were incredible helpful. Making sure we'd get the right one for our lifestyle. John was even suggesting considering a different color for my room, but I was pretty set on what I wanted. Didn't feel pressured at all. I've been on nice leather couches before, but this might be the most comfortable I've been on. I definitely think it was worth the premium of buying a cheap couch.

Fabulous place to purchase high quality leather sofas and chairs at a reasonable price which have the added benefit of being made in the US and being readily available even though they are customized. Lots of elegant and highly comfortable mobile sofa options too. They have an amazing array of beautiful leathers and fabrics in every imaginable color.

This is long overdue. John took great care of us over the years. We moved out of state and bought a second couch and chair from him. He has always gone above and beyond to explain everything to us. John is so informative and offers great recommendations. Everything in the showroom is high quality and made in the US! Any leather imaginable in all shades. We went in looking for a deep seat all leather sofa the would fit in our smallish living area. They do custom orders. This store has beautiful styles in sofas and chairs. Not your run of the mill furniture store.

We ordered a huge sectional before the coronavirus restrictions and all the factories shut down. we had a little longer wait for our furniture but it was well worth it. John helped us chose an amazing sectional. so much value for the money. and they were more than amazing and helpful getting the sectional set up and giving us a little extra for the inconvenience. John was amazing to work with and so helpful. will be going back to get some bar stools and a recliner for the bedroom. very stand up company.

I've had several couches and chairs from Arizona Leather; the quality of their products is fantastic. Don't waste your time going to other stores to look for something better because you won't find it. If you go to the Tustin location make sure you ask for Hugh or Denise. Hugh at Tustin Arizona Leathers was very knowledgeable and offered and very fare price. I purchased a couch and set of dining room chairs all where delivered as promised very satisfied with the craftsmanship and made in the USA! Go trump!

My wife and I recently purchased a leather sofa set from AZ Leathers. Overall it was a hassle free and pleasant experience. We felt the products were good value for money and it was good to see the items we purchased were made in the USA versus China.

In 2012, we bought a couch, loveseat, and recliner. They are beautiful and very high quality, with no problems or flaws. They have worn well for all these years. In fact, this is the best furniture we've ever bought over the 36 years we have purchased furniture. Recently, we went in to the store to obtain a transformer to change our recliner from batteries to electric. John Shoemaker, the owner, warmly welcomed us, clearly remembering us.

He provided us with the transformer and power extension cord. When we were ready to pay, he refused to accept any payment. He even offered to send a tech to our condo to help us connect it. I had a great experience at Arizona leather. I bought a beautiful leather sofa with designer leather detail. I can't wait to get it. My salesman Samuel Gonzalez is a terrific low pressure very knowledgeable sales person. He help me through the whole process and informed me of all my choices. Just got my couch and chair and a half this morning and they were delivered well within the window promised with excellent set up just how I wanted them set up. Beautiful, very high quality and just right comfort wise. I got the recommended firmness and couldn't be happier. If you want product expertise and personal attention by the sales people, this is also what you'll find. If I could give them 12 stars, I would. Going on our 4th purchase from AZ Leather. The quality is the best and if we hadn't changed interior color, we would still be using the previous ones. Hugh is a great guy to deal with as well the rest of the staff. I can't say enough good about the whole experience.

This is an incredible furniture store, and I just can't say enough about 1) the superb quality of the furniture at this store and 2) how terrific both Chris and John are to work with. The two of them are a complete throwback to a time when providing true customer service was paramount. I had such a specific idea of what I wanted: something beautiful, comfortable and modern, with comfort being most important attribute. John and Chris are so keenly aware of how every piece of furniture looks and feels that we were able to come up with exactly what I wanted, and quickly.

My husband and I had done quite a lot of shopping prior to going the AZ Leather ~ in fact, a salesman from another furniture store very kindly told us to go to AZ when we couldn't find what we were looking for at his store ~ because we wanted comfort as well as a beautiful look. There are a few other stores in the area that offer very sleek looks, but zero comfort.

We loved how both John and Chris were very proud that they manufacture their sofas in Chino CA, that their sofas are much more heavily regulated than their competitors, all their products are water soluble and non toxic, built to last 15-20 years and, because they are local, do not have huge shipping costs. We now have a beautiful set of sofas that all of our guests are crazy about.

Believe me, we have given their information to many of our friends. Don't cross them off your list because you don't think they can make something modern looking.they can. AND, it'll be super, super comfortable.

We have had our cream suede sectional for one month. It is in the "whisper" fabric. While we were in France, our house sitter gave us the news that our cat threw up on it in a sizable and very noticeable area. After that a family member marked it with a 6 inch red pen and after that a black pen mark. All of it came out with no problem. Our two cats like our sectional and no longer scratch it like they had shredded the previous one We have a loose button that they are repairing in a couple of weeks but so far we are really happy. I would recommend this

It was easy to purchase. Loved all the options. The sofa is exactly what I was looking for. This is my second sofa from Arizona Leather and I won't shop anywhere else.

We finally got our furniture and the wait was worth it. We ordered a Westin sectional sofa, a rug, a storage ottoman and a sleeper sofa. The workmanship is beautiful, the leather is gorgeous. I have had high quality leather sofas in the past that lasted over 20 years and I think these will be just as durable. I am very pleased I had a lot of questions and Chris took as much time as I needed. I highly recommend buying from them.
