Their repairs are a fraction of replacement costs and will add years of use to your outdoor furniture set. They even have a wonderful pick up and delivery service if it is inconvenient or impossible to bring furniture to them. A wonderful company, I've been using them for over 10 years and can't recommend tgem more highly.

Patio Guys did a beautiful job refinishing our rather sadly in need of repair patio table and chairs. They look even better than when they were new! And although it took a little time to complete the job, it was we'll worth the wait. We were pleased with their response to our first inquiry, estimation of cost and friendly employees. We would definitely recommend them.

I am completely satisfied with the work done by the Patio Guys team. They replaced the seating fabric on 4 sling chairs and powder coated 2 large antique iron rockers that now look better than new. Thrilled to have them all looking so good. The drivers who picked up the chairs and returned them were personable, prepared, professional and knowledgable.

I wasn't originally intending to do the 2 antique chairs until this spring, but the driver pointed out that any further rusting could jeopardize the joints given their age. I am so glad I took his advice and moved up getting them powder coated. I heartily recommend them.

Second time I've had the Guys put new slings on two chaises and four dining chairs. Excellent quality work, very easy to work with. Smooth pickup and delivery. Timing just as estimated. My ten-year-old deck furniture looks new again for the third time.

Billing was double what I expected. I verbally communicated with Anna. Originally I wanted two chairs reslung and was quoted a price. Then, I changed my order, prior to pick up, to just one chair. I was charged for the original verbally communicated price for only the 1 chair. I have had my chairs reslung before by two other vendors for about $100 each. Just paid over double that for 1 chair. Very unfortunate miscommunication, but I will no longer be a customer.

I LOVE everything about this business! Great customer service, on time with the whole process, and most importantly did an outstanding job with our Brown Jordan chairs! I will most definitely be using them again for all of our needs with our patio furniture!

If you want to fully restore your expensive-as-purchased metal furniture to its previous as-new glory and are willing to wait a while and have the $$ to spend then I highly recommend the Patio Guys. The finish on my restored patio furniture is beautiful to behold. Pickup and Delivery went smoothly and they answer their telephones, too.

I had 15 pieces renovated! When my furniture was delivered today, I couldn't believe it was my furniture. It was absolutely beautiful and looked better than when I purchased it. The birdbath was rusted when picked up and newly coated when returned. I highly recommend Patio Guys if you love your metal furniture and don't want to replace it, but have it renewed.

I am so, so grateful a friend told me about Patio Guys. We lost a gorgeous old Coral tree & were miserable until we decided to make a patio where the tree stood. We have 30 year old Brown Jordan furniture, but not enough for the new space. On-line I found four old rusted, decrepit matching chairs but had no idea who could repair them. Voila! Patio Guys restored them to their former glory, and then some.

The company's phone service representative, David Linton, communicated with me throughout the whole process, always getting back to me for every question I had, and keeping me apprised of the status of my work order. Connor, the driver who picked up my chairs, was also knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, suggesting the strap color that matched the frame of my chairs better than the one I had selected.

High quality workmanship which basically made like-new a set of strap Brown Jordan furniture. Timely pick up and delivery. Would definitely use this company again.

We had a pair of Tropitone chaise lounges at least twenty years old and one needed a new sling. One call to the Patio Guys solved the problem. The pick up employee was courteous as he showed us various options for replacement sling material from samples. We chose one that matched our other chaise perfectly and off went ours on the truck. Delivered back with planned date as advertised in great shape with new sling by a second delivery person who was also very professional. Can't give any rating other than five stars.

We got Brown Jordan patio chairs refurbished three years ago. The color in the plastic strappings have turned dark brown and look terrible. I called to discuss a remedy but they only replace plastic straps that break. I have attached photos and you can be the judge. I wouldn't recommend using them.

They did a beautiful job on my patio furniture 18 years ago. Their finish lasted years longer than the original manufacture. Just had them refurbish and refinish again, my husband and I could not be more pleased! Thanks Patio Guys

I had Brown Jordon that was over 40 years old. Patio Guys had refurbished it maybe 20 years ago. It had a lot of use because my family really enjoyed it. Just recently we decided to have Patio Guys redo our Brown Jordan once again. They are amazing people. So professional. I was lucky enough to have David as my rep and I must say he is the kindest, most friendly and efficient gentleman.

We had one very small blurb but they handle it in such a professional way that all of my friends were astounded. We had to work with a condo for deliveries etc. again Dave made it all work. The delivery men, Tony in particular was so helpful. I need to thank him. My furniture is really like new. I thank you Patio Guys and David! and Tony!

Added another star as owner actually contacted me after my review, but NO ONE contacted me in the normal course of business. I think after 10 weeks waiting "for the boss to make a decision" it's reasonable to assume they don't want to help. I talked with Anna twice and a guy who said that he was "brand new" twice. Both were polite but 100% ineffective. By way of update I gave my old patio furniture to my gardener and bought all new

We have 21-year-old patio furniture--lounge chairs, patio chairs, end tables, dining table and chairs--and to replace all of them would be very costly. When one of the lounge chairs broke, I called Patio Guys to come out to see how much it would cost to replace both chairs and to see if I could find a fabric that would work with the rest of the furniture.

When I called The Patio Guys and told them what I needed, they came out with fabric that looks so similar to what is on the rest of the chairs, you would really have to look to see the difference. The chairs look fabulous. The chairs were done when they said they'd be, and the price was very fair. Totally excellent experience with them.

The Patio Guys re-coated and re-strapped two high end aluminum chairs for me six years ago. The baked -on coating still looks new, and the straps have not faded or sagged. I updated the colors when I had them done. Will use them again.
