I have been a loyal customer of Alpena furniture since 2008! I came in looking for a recliner.found one but it was but when I got home I fell and it was taken back and I shopped for another one. I was told if I didn't like it I could bring it back! Shortly after I got it. I noticed it was broken I wanted to return it but I had to wait until another came in.maybe a week?

I also had another order I canceled! When I came back to the store the manager yelled at me and told me to get out of the store and said we don't need your business! I did receive a refund but I should not have been treated like that or yelled at! I would never go to Alpena furniture again!

The most wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly without making you feel like you're being stalked through the store. This is hands down the best place in Alpena to buy furniture.

I felt the salesman talked down to me. They had alot of great looking merchandise but not very friendly service.
